You have an outstanding opportunity to meet your summer staffing needs by hiring highly motivated university students through the Summer Work Travel Program.

There is no cost to you in allowing the U.S.-Ukraine Foundation, designated by the U.S. Department of State, to sponsor participants on the Summer Work Travel Program and help you with your hiring process.

International students are eager to work and experience life in the U.S., which will make them some of the best employees you will ever hire. You will also benefit in these ways:

- You will meet your seasonal hiring requirements!

- Students are allowed to work for 4 months during the period of May 1 through mid-October and will be able to work when American students head back to school!

- Students are interviewed and tested for English proficiency!

- Students are pre-screened and interviewed to meet your expectations!

- Students will have pre-paid health insurance!

- Students will be working at the same wage level as other summer students!

- You will find the students highly dedicated to their Summer Program and to you!
